Most tools are read-only; watch, project submission, wallet-signed agent registration and swap `build-tx` can create Sato Hub records. Sato Hub never signs, holds or broadcasts funds. Catalog data is CC-BY-4.0. Sato Hub has no token. A token using the Sato name is not ours.
