AxLabs GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland ("AxLabs", "we", "us") is the controller responsible for personal data processed in connection with Agentory (the "Service"), unless stated otherwise.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Usage and technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Wallet and on-chain identifiers — when you connect a wallet or register an agent, public blockchain addresses and transaction-related data you submit or that appears on-chain.
• Preferences — such as theme or consent choices stored locally or via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Communications — if you contact us, the content of your message and contact details you provide.

Blockchain data is public by design. Connecting a wallet does not reveal your private keys to AxLabs.

We process personal data to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service (contract and legitimate interests).
• Measure performance and fix errors (legitimate interests; analytics only with consent where required).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where consent is required (for example for non-essential cookies or analytics), we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw via the cookie preferences controls.
