These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agentory (the "Service"), including the website, APIs, and indexed registry data made available through the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by AxLabs GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland ("AxLabs", "we", "us", or "our").
Agentory helps users discover and explore ERC-8004 agent identities, metadata, and related on-chain activity indexed from supported networks. The Service is an informational interface. It does not custody assets, execute transactions on your behalf, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of blockchain or third-party data.
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. Some features (for example wallet connection or agent registration) require a compatible browser wallet and interaction with public blockchains. You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and on-chain transactions.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding (excluding third-party and on-chain content), is owned by AxLabs or its licensors. On-chain data and third-party metadata remain subject to their respective terms and licenses. You may use the Service for lawful personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (for example blockchain explorers, analytics, or wallet providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. AxLabs is not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Disclaimer for additional limitations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AxLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of CHF 100 or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
